San Diego Market Update June 2021 - WATCH NOW!

San Diego is still having a considerable inventory shortage! Multiple offers continue to roll in on most homes for sale.

Only 4,500 homes were listed for sale last month and 53% are already under contract. The median home price has escalated on average over $200,000 from this time last year making our new median home price at an all-time high of $888,000.

This fast-paced market is continuing to drive down days on the market which is at a remarkable average of only 21 days. 2,365 homes sold last month which means almost all homes that are going up for sale are selling.

For my buyers out there, interest rates continue to dip this month and last month. We do not know how long these record low rates will last so DON’T wait to make your move. If interest rates increase even slightly, this might cost you getting into your dream home or even price you out of the market.
