The property is a space that inspires imagination with some of the most jaw-dropping views of Central Park.

Interested home owners have the potential to convert the property into a five-bedroom residence, which allows the lucky buyer to put their own mark on the space.

Highlights of the apartment include the gourmet chef's kitchen, which features a commercial-grade six-burner Viking stove, Subzero double refrigerator, large pantry and expansive Carrera marble countertop.

The house also features an inviting entry foyer, spacious library and multiple entertainment spaces.

The king-sized primary bedroom suite will also leave you in awe because, being contained in its own wing, it is blessed with stunning Central Park and Reservoir vistas.

It also has a sitting room with numerous custom walk-in closets, an en suite spa bath, complete with a huge shower, separate jacuzzi soaking tub and double sinks.

The beauty of this one-of-a-kind property is in its details, with its beautiful hardwood floors, distinctive chandeliers and low luster Venetian plaster on many of the walls.

Tom Cruise, 61, portrayed the main character on the big screen in 2012.

In 2020 the author decided to allow his brother Andrew Grant, 54, who writes under the name Andrew Child to continue the series, according to BBC.

Lee felt he was 'ageing out' of producing more stories, so he 'decided to pass the baton to someone who can.

He described his younger sibling as the "best tough-guy writer I have read in years."

We share the same DNA, the same background, the same upbringing. He's me, fifteen years ago, full of energy and ideas.'

The newest novel The Secret came out in October and was signed under both Lee and Andrew.
