What can I say that hasn’t already be said? Kyndal is extremely intelligent and diligent with her work. We were on the market trying to sell our house for four months and Kyndal always kept us up to date and communicated with us every step of the way. Good or bad, she always had a solution and was able to get us to the finish line. I got to see her work through some difficulty as our buyers complicated the process every step of the way and let me tell you. She is a bull! If you want to get things done and want a no-nonsense professional, Kyndal Gross all the way. When I am ready to buy my next place I will absolutely be working with her again!
We were in a position where the property next to us came up for sale and we just had to have it. Of course, this puts you in a very precarious bargaining position. If the sellers knew how motivated we were, then they could really drive the price up. So we knew we needed an agent that we could trust like family to get the deal done while keeping the price reasonable. We knew this was a job for Kyndal.
